Mai Kaloti

Mai Kaloti is from Jerusalem. She studied journalism and sociology at Birzeit University, and earned a master's degree in modern media from the Jordanian Media Institute in Amman. She has worked for Al-Quds newspaper as a reporter, and in various cultural institutions as a media coordinator. In 2011 she published a joint book titled Hamlet, Don't Drink the Poison. She has also been published sporadically in other cultural magazines in Palestine. She is currently writing a collection of stories to be published next year. She works at the Educational Bookshop in Jerusalem, and is a mother of three daughters.
